Once you follow the way to invite people into the blog authors in previous articles , please fill out the following steps in order to blog writers that could be a blog you admin
How to Invite People to Become Writer Blog Please go to Dashbord >> Settings >> Basic.
After this click on +Add author and add that perosn email who you want to admin on your blogger, an invitation email gone on his email for verification.
After the invitation email sent, and your friend also have clicked the link the link provided by the blogger then automatically they will be brought into your blog dashboard and can instantly post his writings.
After that you have to change permision Author to Admin.
